MONTHLY RHYTHM AS FOLLOWS:
Week 1: Friday evening followed by all day Saturday
Week 2: One to one mentoring session - 1 hour face to face or over Skype/Facetime
Week 3: Supper with a guest speaker, additional training or deeper group work
Week 4: One to one mentoring session - 1 hour face to face or over Skype/Facetime
- MEAL - WORSHIP - SMALL GROUPS - PRAYER -
This is a relaxed, fun and safe time, where we eat together, worship together, and pray together. It's a time to be real with one another as we "practice" how we hear God, share dreams and minister to each other in a safe and encouraging environment. We have seen a number of physical healings take place as students step out in faith and students regularly have "words/pictures" from God to share with each other.
SATURDAY TEACHING DAYS
- CONNECTION - TEACHING - CHALLENGING -
Each Saturday starts with worship and prayer and consists of three teaching sessions from Modules 1, 2 & 3 which build month on month. There is a strong emphasis on the practical application of the teachings as well as times of ministry and activations. There are also assignments to complete that reinforce the teachings and challenge the student go deeper with God.

GUEST SPEAKER EVENINGS
- MEAL - DISCUSSION - EXCLUSIVE INSIGHT - Q&A -
Once a month we hold a supper with guest speaker evening. This is an exciting and unique opportunity to get “up close and personal” with some of the most inspiring speakers, preachers and leaders from around the world as we eat and share together. After supper the students have the opportunity to listen to the speaker and ask them questions about their life, ministry and personal journey with God.
Below are some of the amazing speakers who have come to “hang out” and share with us.
Peter Jackson, Marc DuPont, Cathie Jones, James Shone, Olivia shone, Isabel Allum, The Entwhistles, Mike Sotirakos, Ian Green along with some of our past students and mentors from this years course including Lesley Coley, Jayne Holloway, James Horsfall and Triss Horwood.
- PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT - ACCOUNTABILITY - FRIENDSHIP
Twice a month our students meet with their assigned mentors for an hour to discuss life, progress and challenges they have come across. Most of our current mentors are ex students who understand the KLA journey and are well equipped to help their students face and overcome those challenges and excel in the area where God has called them.
We have an amazing team of mentors, click here to head over and check them out
